I had a terrible experience at Speedco Truck Care. What should have been a simple oil change took over 5 hours. After they finished, my truck wouldn’t even start. They kept cranking the starter over and over without knowing what was wrong. I had to suggest that they use the oil pump to prime the system, and only then did the truck finally start. To make matters worse, the check engine light came on immediately after the oil change. When I asked the employee, Ricky, about it, he first tried to tell me the light was already on before I arrived. That’s simply not true—this is a brand-new truck, and there was no check engine light before they worked on it. After I called him out on it, his response was basically, “The truck is running, right? I can’t do anything about the engine light. If you want us to scan it, it’ll cost another $120.” Seriously? They caused the problem, then wanted to charge me extra just to diagnose it. This was extremely unprofessional service. If you don’t know how to properly work on these trucks, just be honest so customers can take their vehicles somewhere that does. I definitely won’t be coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone.

I got a bad experience from the Speedco. I just change the oil and oil filters today and I drive 100 miles and I got check light and I check with my device. It shows low oil pressure something like that. I just open the hood. I see they didn't close the oil Fill Cap👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

I had just got two brand new steer Michelin tires installed these guy installed them wrong way. The arrow should be facing forward and untrained employee put the arrow backwards. I had to go back to Patterson speed co to get it fixed. Please train them right.

Staff are new they don’t know any thing how to do oil change so make sure you watch them when they do I been there couple days ago i told them don’t put too much oil in a but they did now I need to drain a so find any other good spot are experiences worker from there they quit they losing there customers so whoever is own this place they really need to take care about a and hire some experts so I really wanna go back there and gonna get my money back thanks
